In a special meeting, the USD#448 Board of Education members voted 7-0 to have students at both buildings attend virtual classes instead of face-to-face classes when they return from Thanksgiving break on Nov. 30.
According to Scott Friesen, superintendent, the number of active COVID-19 cases plus the number of students, teachers, and staff on quarantine has prompted this action to be taken at this time.
Parents will learn what this action entails by a communication from the superintendent’s office on Wednesday, Nov. 25.
