McPherson Hospital announces that it is expanding the hours of its McPherson Urgent Care Clinic at 823 North Main. Beginning Monday, June 4, the clinic will be open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
“We have been tracking our usage and listening to our patients,” said clinic provider Erica Selzer, PA-C. “These expanded hours will help us to better serve the community with increased accessibility while providing the same great care and prompt service that our patients have come to expect.”
The clinic is staffed with three professional health providers and other support personnel. Patient care is provided by Selzer, Jennifer Alexander, APRN-C, and Rachel Stucky, PA-C. The physician medical director is Trenton VanEaton, MD, who is a family medicine physician at the hospital.
The Urgent Care Clinic is an outpatient facility of McPherson Hospital so all insurance accepted by the hospital is accepted by the clinic as well as cash, checks, credit or debit cards, and Medicare or Medicaid.
The clinic sees patients of any age 12 months and older on a walk-in basis. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Staff can diagnose and treat a variety of minor and common illnesses such as bronchitis, flu, cold, sinus infection, minor burns and cuts, ear ache, pink eye, throat conditions and more.
