Annette “Nettie” D. Fiedler, 58, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, surrounded by family at her home in McPherson. She worked at Walmart as a customer service manager and formerly had worked at TG&Y and in the St. Joseph School cafeteria.
Annette was born on April 19, 1960, in Wichita, KS, the daughter of Anthony Carl Fiedler, Sr. and Geraldine “Gerry” Catherine (Leiker) Fiedler. She graduated from McPherson High School in 1978 and later from Brown Mackie Business College.
She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, McPherson.
Survivors include: two daughters, Amy Anderson (Wes) of McPherson, KS and Carrie Harter of McPherson, KS; father of her girls, Jeff Harter of Marquette, KS; eight grandchildren, Aarique Anderson, Trasha Anderson, Kyren Anderson, Malek Anderson, Taniah Anderson, Tiana Annette Anderson, Lavell Brownfield, and Devin Harter; eight siblings, Roger Fiedler (Garnet) of McPherson, KS, Gail Gill (Tim) of Stanley, NM, Sheryl Anne Fiedler of McPherson, KS, Janet Stine (Dan) of Roscoe, IL, Ronald Fiedler (Dee) of McPherson, KS, Gregory Fiedler of McPherson, KS, Duane Fiedler of McPherson, KS, and Randy Fiedler of McPherson, KS; extended family, Sheryl Harter of McPherson, KS and Brian Harter (Debbie) of McPherson, KS; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Tony, Sr. and Gerry Fiedler, sister, Kim “Kimmie” Fiedler, brother, Anthony “Tony” Fiedler, a nephew, Cullen Gill; and grandbaby, Baby Brownfield.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2019, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with Rosary at 7:15 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, Friday, March 8, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Ben Shockey officiating. Burial will follow at McPherson Cemetery.
