1:02 a.m.  McPherson Officer had contact with a KS tagged vehicle at 715 N. Maple and issued tickets to Nicholas Jacobs of McPherson for speed and not having proof of insurance.

5:04 a.m.  McPherson Officers had contact with a KS tagged vehicle at N. Elm and E. First.  Issued a ticket to James Smith of McPherson for speed, doing 30/20.

6:53 a.m. Sheriff Officer took an information report referencing damage to property at Cherokee Rd. and Plum St.

7:13 a.m. McPherson Officer had contact with a KS tagged vehicle in the 100 block of N. Maple and issued a warning to subject referencing improper display.

8:12 a.m.  McPherson EMS transported a patient from Pleasant View Home to Wichita.

9:55 a.m. Sheriff Deputy arrested Chad Phillips Jr. of McPherson on a McPherson District Court Warrant, no bond.

11:07 a.m.  McPherson Animal Control Officer was out at 1016 N. Ash referencing an animal welfare follow up and issued ticket to Jennifer Carson for no rabies shots and no city tags.

12:12 p.m. McPherson Officer worked a state-reportable, non-injury traffic accident in the 1100 block of E. Kansas involving a KS tagged vehicle driven by Neisha Dahlstrom of McPherson and a KS tagged vehicle driven by Benjamin Patrick of Marquette.  Issued a ticket to Benjamin Patrick for turning movement.  Dahlstrom vehicle was towed.

12:29 p.m.  McPherson EMS responded to the 500 block of S. Oak for a medical emergency, no transport.

1:13 p.m.  McPherson and Inman Fire responded to Hwy K-61 and K-153 for a small outside fire.  Advised subject not to burn outside because of wind speed.

1:49 p.m.  McPherson Officer arrested McKenzie Culver in the Law Enforcement Center Lobby on a McPherson Municipal Court Warrant for failure to appear, bond of $350.

2:02 p.m. McPherson Officer responded to 1373 N. Main for possible drug use.

2:34 p.m. Communications logged information taken referencing a scam.

3:10 p.m.  McPherson Officer took a report referencing a stolen vehicle.

3:10 p.m.  McPherson Officer took a report referencing possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

3:27 p.m. Lindsborg EMS and Officer responded to the 300 block of N. McKinley for a medical emergency, no transport.

3:44 p.m.  Canton Officer had contact with a KS tagged vehicle at Ashland and 27th Ave.  Issued a verbal warning to subject referencing speed.

3:58 p.m. McPherson Officer had contact with a KS tagged vehicle at E. First and N. Maxwell.  Issued a ticket to Sonja P. Griffith of Kansas City for speed.

4:06 p.m. McPherson Officer responded to 700 E. Elizabeth for possible theft.  No report.

4:10 p.m. McPherson Officer responded to 315 S. Elm for a missing juvenile.  Juvenile returned home.

4:29 p.m. McPherson Officer served a trespass notice to Baltazar Gaspar of McPherson from 131 S. Taft.

4:32 p.m. McPherson Officer returned a phone call referencing possible follow-up to a previous case and advised of options.

4:37 p.m.  McPherson EMS and McPherson Officer responded to the 700 block of Kerschner Dr. for a medical emergency.  No transport.

4:45 p.m.  McPherson Officer returned a phone call referencing questions about legal tire sizes and advised subject of options.

4:47 p.m. McPherson Officer responded to 304 W. Northview for a parking complaint.

4:51 p.m. McPherson Officer spoke with a subject in the Law Enforcement Center Lobby for possible stalking and advised of options.

4:56 p.m.  McPherson Officer returned a phone call referencing questions about moped insurance.  Officer answered questions.

5:00 p.m. McPherson Officer took a report referencing a possible juvenile battery.

5:04 p.m. Canton Officer had contact with a KS tagged vehicle at 27th Ave. and Kiowa Rd.  Stop was made referencing a possible registration violation.

5:05 p.m. McPherson EMS transferred a patient from McPherson Hospital to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

5:26 p.m.  McPherson Officers took a report referencing self-committal.

6:07 p.m.  McPherson Officer spoke with a subject in the Law Enforcement Center Lobby referencing possible harassment and advised subject of options.

6:13 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputy and Canton Officers investigated a non-state reportable, non-injury accident that occurred at Hwy 56 and 27th Ave. involving a KS tagged vehicle driven by Tyler Boesker of Canton and a KS tagged vehicle driven by subject from McPherson.  Courtesy accident report was taken.

6:33 p.m.  McPherson EMS and Fire Rescue responded to the 900 block of S. Chestnut for a medical emergency and transported a patient to McPherson Hospital.

6:52 p.m. McPherson Officer responded to 1021 N. Cedars Dr. for a misdialed 911 call.

7:43 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputy, Canton Fire, Canton EMS, Canton Officer responded to HWY 56 & 25th Ave for a possible structure fire. Advised the report was unfounded.

8:00 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputy took report of unruly juvenile at 126 29th Ave.

8:01 p.m. McPherson Fire and McPherson EMS responded to the 1600 block of E. Euclid for a fire alarm.

8:04 p.m. McPherson Officer returned phone call ref possible loitering. Advised of options.

8:25 p.m. McPherson Officer responded to 312 S. Main for a civil standby.

9:11 p.m. Canton EMS responded to the 300 block of N 2nd for a medical emergency. Patient refused service.

9:32 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputy and McPherson Officer advised of a possible belated intoxicated driver at First Ave. & HWY 45 eastbound.

9:39 p.m. Lindsborg Officer was out at 304 N. First for a follow-up.

10:15 p.m. Lindsborg EMS responded to the 2000 block of W. Rosehill for a medical emergency. Patient transported to Lindsborg Community Hospital.

10:55 p.m. McPherson Officer took courtesy report of hit and run accident at 2400 E. Kansas.
